Strengthen and Rebuild is a class tailored to those wanting to improve on their strength and flexibility. Our classes are small in numbers, with maximums of 6-7 students participating per class. Pilates-style exercises will be prescribed, and special attention will be focused on each patient to ensure that their goals are met. 

Each week presents a new and exciting challenge to our students and our therapists continue to bring energy to every class! 

Strengthen and Rebuild is great for those (but not limited to) with:

  • Abdominal separation 
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction 
  • Pelvic pain 
  • Musculoskeletal concerns 
  • Generalised deconditioning
