Her clinical background spans musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy for both women and men.

In musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Shivanthy utilises a combination of education, manual therapy and tailored exercise prescription to achieve excellent clinical outcomes for her patients.

She has a strong passion for women’s pelvic health and focuses on education and rehabilitation throughout different life stages including pregnancy, and postpartum to peri- and post menopause. Her work includes managing stress urinary incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain and the fitting of continence and prolapse pessaries.

Shivanthy also works closely with men in the area of pelvic health, offering support for incontinence, overactive bladder, and erectile dysfunction, particularly in the context of pre- and post-prostatectomy care.

Outside the clinic, Shivanthy expresses her creativity and care through cooking. Her love language is sharing food, and she finds joy in feeding her family and loved ones with new recipes she’s discovered.
