Joanne has a very “hands on” style of Physiotherapy and places priority on identifying the cause of your pain or dysfunction so as to ensure the root for your problem can be addressed leading to more lasting results.

Joanne has developed a keen interest in women’s health after her own birth journeys with her two children and hence is passionate about pre and post natal physiotherapy management.

Joanne has completed additional training in birth preparation and is running our birth skills workshop in association with Born Ready.

Joanne is currently completing the Level 2 course in Pelvic health run by the Australian Physiotherapy Association and is keen to put her knowledge into practice. Joanne’s vision is to empower women in their own journey through education, exercise and holistic support.

Outside of work Joanne loves to keep fit and active by working out in her home gym, going for walks and roller skating with her daughter. To wind down Joanne loves to read and spend time in the garden.
