Areas of clinical focus: 

  • Pelvic health: Stress urinary incontinence, urge urinary incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, pelvic organ prolapse, continence and prolapse pessary fitting. 
  • Pregnancy: lower back pain & pelvic girdle pain, abdominal separation (DRAM), birth preparation, pelvic floor rehabilitation, return to exercise following childbirth. 
  • Clinical Pilates: Group classes and 1:1 private pilates sessions. 
  • Musculoskeletal: Neck pain, upper back pain. 

Jacqui graduated from a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland. She began her career in major hospitals across Brisbane and Hong Kong, gaining valuable experience in orthopaedics, cardiovascular care, geriatrics, and neurological rehabilitation.

Since relocating to Sydney, she has focused on private practice, where she treats a wide range of conditions including acute and overuse musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative recovery, and pre and postnatal pelvic health conditions.

With a strong passion for Women’s Health, Jacqui has completed advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy through the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Women’s Health Training Associates. She has particular expertise in managing stress urinary incontinence (SUI), overactive bladder (OAB), pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and postnatal recovery, including rehabilitation for abdominal separation (DRAM) and return-to-exercise planning. Jacqui is also able to fit pessaries for the management of prolapse and urinary incontinence. 

Jacqui has undertaken instructor training in Clinical Pilates with the APPI (Matwork & Equipment) and has extensive experience delivering tailored programs for individuals at all stages of recovery. She especially enjoys one-on-one Clinical Pilates exercise sessions, combining physiotherapy expertise with movement-based rehabilitation. Her additional qualifications include dry needling, kinesiology taping, vestibular rehabilitation, and RYT® 200 Yoga Teacher certification.

Known for her compassionate and attentive approach, Jacqui creates individualised treatment plans that empower her patients to achieve their health goals. Jacqui is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and welcomes patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, Jacqui enjoys staying active through karate and yoga, and finds relaxation in baking.
