Hayley Ruspandini

Practice Manager

Hayley has been part of the Sydney Women’s Physiotherapy team since 2022 and is now our Practice Manager. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment and takes pride in ensuring every patient’s experience at our clinic is a positive one. You’ll find her at the front desk Monday to Friday, supporting both our team and patients with care and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys a full and active lifestyle. She loves grabbing coffee with friends, going on long walks, and spending time by the beach. If she’s not in the clinic, she’s most likely off travelling or snowboarding!  Hayley has always had a love for dancing and has recently returned to it, alongside regularly practising Pilates to support her health and wellbeing.

Hayley’s friendly nature, combined with her dedication to supporting others, makes her a valued part of the clinic team and the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting us.
