We support Workcover and CTP claims
There are three agencies that now cover Workcover and CTP claims (SafeWork NSW, icare and SIRA). At Pelvic Connections, our team of experienced physiotherapists are able to assist you with your claim and support you on your journey to recovery. Our team of physiotherapists are workcover accredited physiotherapists.
What concerns do we treat?
At Pelvic Connections, we have a special interest in pelvic health while also continuing to treat general physiotherapy conditions such as the neck, thoracic, back, hips, upper and lower limbs.
Pelvic health concerns that you may experience include –
- Urinary and/or anal incontinence
- Bladder urgency
- Faecal urgency
- Defecation dysfunction
- Voiding dysfunction
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Pelvic pain
- Bladder pain syndrome
- Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain
What can I expect at my initial physiotherapy appointment as a Workcover/CTP patient?
Your physiotherapist will provide you with a detailed initial assessment. With the findings of the assessment, an AHRR will be created by your physiotherapist in consultation with yourself and submitted to your insurance company for approval. Your subsequent treatment will involve treatment relevant to your goals.
