Since graduating, Catherine has gained extensive experience across a variety of clinical areas in a public hospital setting, including Respiratory, General Surgery, ICU, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, Emergency, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has supported patients recovering from surgeries such as total knee and hip replacements, ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, and breast surgeries, as well as managing general musculoskeletal injuries, hand conditions, and women’s health concerns.

Catherine has also worked extensively in maternity and post-gynaecological oncology wards, caring for women across their lifespan and supporting a range of pelvic health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She finds pelvic health particularly rewarding, as it allows her to help patients build confidence, regain control, and feel empowered in managing their symptoms.

Becoming a mother herself, alongside ongoing professional development, has deepened Catherine’s understanding of the close connection between pelvic health and both physical and emotional wellbeing. She has been specialising in pelvic health since 2018 and continues to value learning from her patients every day.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time in the garden, exercising, crocheting, sewing, and making the most of family life with her husband and three energetic boys.
