Jasmine graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Technology Sydney and has since been working in private practice, where she has gained experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions—from everyday workers to elite athletes. She finds great fulfilment in supporting her clients to reach and exceed their goals and is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Further to this, Jasmine has completed additional training through the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Women’s Health Training Associates, broadening her scope of practice to include pelvic floor physiotherapy. She is experienced in managing presentations including stress urinary incontinence, urgency/overactive bladder, and pelvic organ prolapse and can also fit continence and prolapse pessaries.

Jasmine also treats pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions including lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain, rib pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and de quervain’s tenosynovitis. Postnatally, Jasmine loves to assist women with abdominal separation (DRAM), pelvic floor rehabilitation, and safe return to exercise following childbirth.

Jasmine’s favourite clinical areas include ankle and knee rehabilitation—ranging from acute ankle sprains to post-operative care such as total knee replacements and meniscus repairs—as well as stress urinary incontinence and urinary urgency (overactive bladder syndrome).

As a passionate OzTag player, powerlifter, and Muay Thai enthusiast, Jasmine understands the importance of building physical resilience and strength. She brings this mindset into her physiotherapy practice, helping clients of all backgrounds become stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Outside the clinic, Jasmine enjoys training, baking sourdough, exploring Sydney’s coffee scene, and sharing good food with family and friends. She is also a proud fur-mum to her beloved toy poodle, Kiara.
